Our Professional Education Center (PEC) Coaching Approach:
The PEC provides professional, experienced and certified coaches who believe and practice the ethics and methodologies of the coaching profession. Our approach and philosophy for executive coaching begins with understanding the objectives of the organization and the executives business unit, know something about the organizational culture and leadership competencies and then assessing and coaching the executive leader around those desired competencies. Our philosophy includes the following objectives:

• Client knows their strengths and weaknesses and possess the courage to deal with then in a safe trusting, confidential relationship
• Client is open to exploring what they need to work on to become better leaders, team members, individuals centered
• Client will work hardest on those things they personally identify as important; and are open to the opinions of others
• Client wants to succeed
• Client is supported by his/her mentor and boss
